Where do we check
in?
You can check in at the Da bruno Hotel on Salizzada
San Lio (see our Location
page) or a member of staff will meet you at Ponte
Rialto and escort you to your apartment. If
you’re staying at the Ca’ D’Oro apartment
our staff will meet you there on Ca’ D’Oro.
NB Please let us know when booking
what time you think you’ll arrive (if you’re
flying please let us know your flight details) and please
provide us with a mobile phone number if you have one.
What do we do
if we have any problems with the apartment once we arrive?
Paolo and Francesca live in the area and will be at
your service for any queries or issues as well as making
sure you make the best of the city by assisting you
in any way they can. You’ll be provided with their
mobile numbers when you book.
In addition, the Hotel Da Bruno, which is staffed 24
hours a day, serves as a point of reference for you.
How do we
get there?
Venice can be complicated but hopefully we’ve
provided you with enough instruction on our Location
page. Ponte Rialto is one of Venice’s best known
landmarks and that’s our meeting point. If you
have any problems, keep the address of your apartment
and more importantly, that of the Hotel Da Bruno (Salizada
San Lio, 5726), which is only a few minutes from Ponte
Rialto.
What’s
the deposit?
We don’t take a deposit. We do however take your
credit card details when you book,
but we’ll only charge you if you cancel late or
just don’t show up at all!
What’s
the cancellation policy?
If you need to modify or cancel a booking you must
do so at least 14 days before you’re due to arrive
if your booking is in low season, 28 days if it’s
in high season; otherwise we’ll charge you half
the price of your booking. Check the Terms and Conditions
when you book to make sure.
Are taxes included?
Yes, the price you see in our booking
page is the price you pay. |
